How Does It Work?

  • Drop off your computer to our office
  • If this is your first time, we will input your company information on our system
  • We will create a Service Order with the problem description
  • We will perform diagnostics and will call you with the results and estimated cost
  • Upon your approval, we will proceed with the repair and will call you upon completion. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.

What Is Included On In-Store Repair?

  • Identify computer problem on 1 PC
  • Perform repair on any operating system problems
  • Scan and remove viruses
  • Manually clean up unnecessary programs including removal from system registry as necessary
  • Perform hardware test to ensure all hardware is working properly (i.e. Hard Drive, Power Supply, RAM, Video Card, etc.)
  • Recommend hardware replacement and perform installation as necessary
  • Download and install all necessary Windows security updates and patches
  • Clean computer including removal of dust-bunnies
  • Test computer thoroughly for proper functionality
  • Recommend appropriate anti-virus software
  • 30 day warranty (if the same problem occur within 30 days of invoice date, just bring your computer back to our office and will be glad to fix the problem at no cost to you).

What Is Not Included On In-Store Repair?

  • Data Recovery (i.e. crashed hard drives or deleted files or databases) – we’ll be glad to help recover your data. Please discuss pricing from one of our sales associate.

How Much Will It Cost?

  • In-store repair hourly rate: $55.00 (Not to exceed 3 hours per PC)
  • Diagnostic: $35.00 (will apply to hourly rate)
